Motorized Testing

The first hydraulically powered testing has started. This testing will allow us to verify the mass air flow calculations and test all components for tolerances in preparation for full combustion testing.

Assembly has begun!
We have begun assembly of the rotor and block components. We are waiting on the return of some components that are getting antifriction coatings and then full assembly will commence.
Measurement and testing of components is ongoing during assembly. As we take pictures of the process, we'll keep posting them.

After a long design series and testing, we have succesfully built a working Direct Inject fuel delivery system.

This was a major hurdle as the GRE is completely unlike any other engine design ever. The GRE Fuel Injector direct injects a very small amount of fuel in 10 degrees of rotation up to 12,000 times a minute.
We're getting close to final assembly and testing of the running prototype. We'll keep you posted.
News
We are hard at work developing the
patented Gehman Rotary Engine (GRE).
The GRE addresses many of the inefficiencies of all other internal combustion engines.
- No reciprocation
- Few moving parts
- Direct Injection
- All expansion from combustion is at a right-angle to the output shaft
- Half the size, half the weight of a conventional engine
- Dramatically increased engine efficiency
Status
Assembly and Testing will be occuring over the next few months. As work progresses and results are collected, we will keep the site updated with pertinent information.
